Cancellation Policy

At Ready Baby Go, we understand that circumstances can change

and may affect your ability to attend your booked course. Should you

need to transfer or cancel your booking please get in touch with

Gemma as soon as possible to see what options are available to you.

In-Person Cancellation & transfer policy

- Transfer your booking to another course free of charge if it is before 6

weeks of course start date (subject to spaces being available).

- If within 6 weeks of course start date please contact Gemma to discuss

options.

- No transfer available if your course has already started.

- If your baby arrives between course sessions we can provide a pro rata

based refund for any missed sessions.

- If you need to cancel your booking before or during your course due to

your pregnancy not continuing, serious illness or death of you or your

partner, we can provide a full refund. (Part refund if you have already

attended sessions)

- 70% refund if cancelled before 6 weeks of course start date

- 30% refund if cancelled within 3 – 6 weeks of course start date

- No refund if cancelled within 3 weeks of course start date

Online cancellation & transfer policy

- Full refund up to 12pm on the day of 1st online session

- No refund if online sessions already attended

- Free transfer to alternative course if spaces available
